How do i need to save and supply my own artwork?
All artwork needs to be saved and supplied in high resolution.
Microsoft files (i.e word), have a habbit of moving and where fonts are not available, alternatives are used.
In order to avoid problems, we ask that all supplied artwork is converted to pdf.
Please ensure your artwork includes an area for bleed & trim marks. For an explanation and templates please click here. -
Will my job be delievered or can i come to collect?
You can collect your job from our office (link to map page). Please call to arrange a suitable time.
We offer free delivery for all account customers.
Non account customers will be given a price on application for delivery on request. -
How do i convert my artwork to pdf?
Many new computers will come with the facility to save as or export your artwork as a pdf. However if you do not have this option you can download one for free here.
For those who are a little less experienced using a P.C. You can email us your artwork and we will do all we can to help.
You will also be able to find a free adobe reader here if you are unable to open our downloadable templates. -
My artwork is to large and it will not let me email?
Dont worry, you can upload your artwork here for any larger files. You will need a password to be able to do so. Please contact our office for this.

My website isn't working, why?
There could be a number of reasons why your website isn't working.
It could be:- Your internet connection isn't working, to test this try visiting another website if you cannot visit any other websites then there is a problem with your internet connection or internet provider.
- You could possibly have an outstanding invoice against your account, call redispeed for more information
- There could be a technical problem with the website

My email isn't working, why?
There could be a number of reasons why your emails isn't working.
It could be:- Your internet connection isn't working, to test this try visiting website if you cannot visit any websites then there is a problem with your internet connection or internet provider and you wont be able to use your emails either.
- You could possibly have an outstanding invoice against your account, call redispeed for more information
- Your details are incorrect, make sure your username password and other details are correct.
- Your domain has expired, if you haven't decided or have forgotton to pay for your domain name your emails are likely to stop working
- There could be a technical problem with your account

I want to move my hosting to you, what do i need to do?
Just give us a call on 01252 316668 and let us know you want to move your website over to us. Then all you will need to do is give us access to your current website hosting and domain and we can do the rest for you.

I want to move my hosting elsewhere, what do i need to do?
Just email us or give us a call and we can pass on any of the details you need for your new website host.

I want to move my domain to you, what do i need to do?
To transfer your domain over to us firstly let us know then we will make a request for your domain name at which point you need to accept this transfer and the rest should be done for you

I want to move my domain elsewhere, what do i need to do?
Let us know you are moving your domain elsewhere then have your current host request the domain name from us and we will accept the transfer

I would like a backup of my website can this be done?
Let us know you want a backup of your website and we can arrange for it to be mailed to you in the post on a cd or we can upload it for you to download online. Please note there may be an admin fee for this.
